At LushFleur, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned
  • Swimwear and underwear must have hygiene seals intact

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and return request
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number
  3. Package your items securely and include the original packing slip
  4. Ship your return using a trackable method

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and declaring the package as a return to potentially reduce fees.
